Masseria degli Ulivi

Set in the Iblean countryside of southeast Sicily, the Hotel Masseria degli Uliva follows the typical plan of a 19th-century farmhouse with an internal courtyard. Next to the reception, café, and old olive tree inside it, the hotel’s restaurant serves regional dishes made entirely from Sicilian products that organically produced according to strict international guidelines. The atmosphere inside is formal with simple white-linen-covered wood tables, but outside on the terrace, the aroma of jasmine, honeysuckle, and roses offer a more romantic atmosphere.
