Map
Km. 7.5 Contrada Giubiliana, S.P. Marina di Ragusa, 97100

Located just south of Ragusa, surrounded by the carob forests of the Hyblaean Plateau, Hotel Eremo della Giubiliana is housed in a 12th-century fort that also served as a medieval monastery. Surrounded by thick stone walls, the hotel has 25 guest rooms fashioned from former friars’ cells. The accommodations range from classic rooms, which have pitchstone flooring and wrought-iron beds, to a grand master’s suite, which includes an 18th-century sitting room and double balconies overlooking Malta and the Mediterranean Sea. The ancient, stone-walled refectory now houses the Don Eusebio Restaurant, which serves regional cuisine inspired by antique recipes.
