Serenbe
The Hil
The Hil is located on a working organic farm on the grounds of the Serenbe community, about 45 minutes from downtown Atlanta. The restaurant, named after its chef Hilary White, is a family affair. White works in conjunction with her husband Jim, the general manager, and her mother, Sandy Pitsch, who serves as the dining manager. Together, the team has created a neighborhood restaurant serving farm to table cuisine. Chef White collaborates with the farmers at Serenbe Organic Farms to create the ever-changing menu, which includes such dishes as baby back Berkshire pork ribs with okra stew and tagliatelle with braised rabbit.
Insider Tip:
Take some time to explore the Serenbe community. It regularly hosts special events, so be sure to ask what’s going on during your visit.
