Boom Noodle serves authentic pan-Asian food in a Modernist Tokyo ambience. A popular Japanese term, “my boom” means, “the thing I am currently obsessed with.” Seattle restaurant owners created Boom Noodle to satisfy residents who are into noodles and Asian flavors, including Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, and Japanese. Created using fresh ingredients, the menu includes small plates like handmade egg rolls, as well as wok noodles like pad thai, udon noodles, and yakisoba. There's also a selection of cold noodle dishes, ramen, even vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.
