Located in North Scottsdale at the base of Pinnacle Peak, Sassi resembles a sprawling Italian villa and offers uninterrupted views of the 600-foot granite summit. The upscale Italian restaurant is comprised of a front courtyard, an outdoor patio with heat lamps, and five individually designed dining rooms. Illuminated by hand-blown glass candleholders, the interior features hardwood floors, medieval-inspired chandeliers, working fireplaces, and even a library. The menu offers authentic dishes such as handmade orecchiette pasta with sausage, rapini, and pecorino. In addition to more than 150 wines, Sassi serves Italian-style cocktails incorporating ingredients like house-made limoncello and Amaro (herbal liqueur).
