Part of the Mansion on Forsyth Park hotel, this fine-dining establishment is eclectically designed with alligator-skin chairs, bright orange accent tables, and a large gold chandelier. White floor-to-ceiling drapes divide the space into secluded nooks, which are furnished with high-backed leather seating and original artwork. The New American menu includes breakfast dishes such as peach pecan French toast as well as lunch and dinner entrées like cashew-crusted salmon with Sriracha. The restaurant also has a four-course tasting menu with wine pairings created by executive chef Michael Semancik, previously of Rathbun’s in Atlanta and Mike’s on the Avenue in New Orleans.

If you’re visiting for dinner, arrive early and head upstairs to Casimir’s Lounge, where you can sip cocktails on the rooftop terrace and watch the sun set over Forsyth Park.
