Things to do in Savannah + The Coast

For those planning to visit Savannah during the winter months, be sure to take the Savannah Holiday Tour of Homes. This guided journey allows you a rare peak inside twelve historic homes, all privately owned and decorated for the Christmas season. Many of the homes were once inhabited by local historic figures, and the tours help support the Downtown Neighborhood Association.

If you visit Savannah in spring, the Savannah Music Festival takes place between the middle of March and early April. This is the single largest musical event in Georgia and brings in musicians from all over the nation. You are sure to not only get a feel for the styles of local Savannah musicians, but also hear sounds from all over the world.
