Geronimo

Located amidst the galleries of Canyon Road, Geronimo is housed in the 1756 adobe Borrego House. The white walls and tablecloths and brown leather chairs are accented by an adobe fireplace, moose antlers, and Mission-style icons behind the bar. Southwest-influenced global cuisine is offered, with the signature dish being the elk tenderloin; marinated in Negro Modelo beer, it is served with garlic mashed potatoes and snap peas. Another popular choice is the steak frites served with chard, bacon, Hollandaise sauce, and caramelized onion.
