Using grass-fed beef from local farmers and ranchers who raise their animals humanely, Let’s Be Frank serves up their nitrate- and nitrite-free hot dogs at their shop at 3318 Steiner Street as well as from carts. The shop between Lombard and Chestnut sports a half-moon red-and-yellow awning over the door with a weiner-dog cutout hanging underneath, and carries Let’s Be Frank hot dogs, condiments, sides, and local wine and beer. The brave of mouth and stomach can try Let’s Be Frank’s spicy Devil Sauce on their hot dogs.
