Chef Trey Foshee is committed to using farm fresh organic and sustainable ingredients in dishes like the yellowfin fish tacos and porcini-glazed halibut. There is also an extensive vegetarian menu, and the TBL3 experience includes 12 to 14 courses prepared at chef Foshee's discretion.
