Beaulieu Vineyard

Located next to the Rutherford Grill, Beaulieu Vineyards—or BV as it is known to most—is Napa’s longest-operating winery, dating back to 1900. Started by Georges de Latour, the business was named by his wife Fernande, who called the land beau lieu, meaning “beautiful place.” The winery, an ivy-covered structure with stone walls and a terracotta roof, accepts visitors daily. Several different tastings are available, each with varied price levels; some are by-appointment-only, as is the guided tour and barrel samples. There’s also the option of visiting the Georges de Latour Private Reserve Winery, which specializes in high-end Cabernet Sauvignon.
