In 2002, the Roscioli family transformed their deli into a bakery, restaurant, and wine bar, where they serve 450 different kinds of cheeses, more than 100 different kinds of cured meats, and more than 1,000 labels of wine. Located on Via dei Chiavari, Vineria Roscioli is an intimate space with exposed brick archways and walls lined with wine bottles. The restaurant makes Italian baked specialties, such as Lariano bread, a naturally-risen bread filled with raisins, nuts or olives. The dinner menu boasts options like linguine with wild seabass and broccoli and le polpette, traditional Roman meatballs in red sauce.
