Local designers and products

Hundreds of souvenir shops line the main streets of Reykjavik, but Geysir is a cut above, thanks to its carefully curated selection of women’s knitwear, most created by the in-house team of designers. Here, traditional techniques and locally sourced materials get a modern upgrade. We especially love Geysir's blankets and throws, which come in an assortment of surprisingly colorful hues and prominently feature stripes, plaids, and geometric patterns. You won't save money shopping here, but one-of-a-kind goods (like popular Fjallråven backpacks) are worth the investment.
