A posh neighborhood eatery in Primrose Hill, Odette’s is owned by celebrated chef Bryn Williams, who brings a serious pedigree and loads of culinary ambition to the Modern British menu. Diners can either sit in the colorful main room, decked out in yellows, teals and funky floral wallpaper, or outside in the lush, sun-speckled garden. The setting tends to fade into the background, however, as patrons savor deliciously daring flavor combos such as succulent pig’s head with black pudding terrine and apple jelly followed by roasted turbot with braised oxtail, cockles and samphire. Desserts like the cinnamon crème brulee with apple sorbet are also eye-rollingly fabulous.
