Inspired by the traditional pizzerias in Naples, this Ravenswood eatery is known for its authentic, fresh ingredients. True to tradition, Spacca Napoli bakes each of its Neapolitan pies in a custom-built, wood-burning oven that is decorated in a mosaic of Bisazza glass. The thin crust is handmade and baked until chewy. Topping combinations include the classic margherita with fior di latte mozzarella and basil and the funghi e salsiccia with fior di latte mozzarella, basil, mushrooms, and Italian sausage. The menu also has antipasti, white pizza, and authentic desserts.
