Le Pied Bleu
The mission statement at Le Pied Bleu, or the Blue Foot, is simplicity, conviviality, and authenticity. Open for lunch, dinner, and brunch, the entire menu is designed around their award-winning sausage (it has been crowned the top dog at a competition in northern France five times). The interiors are simple, with blonde wood tables and low-slung light fixtures, all reminiscent of a traditional French country house. There's an open kitchen and you can dine in or purchase items to enjoy at home. The pork belly sausage served with mustard and the brioche-style sausage are both top choices.
