Simplicity is the key word at this oyster and wine bar in the St Roch neighborhood. The interiors are coastal-inspired, with black leather-topped stools around a central periwinkle blue bar and exposed hanging light bulbs. The menu (made up mostly of oysters from Canada) is written on chalkboards on the wall. Oysters are the specialty here, but the entire tapas-style menu is well executed—look for the beautiful tartare and fresh-from-the-boat scallops. This place is a total treat in the summer, when they set up shop outside and serve oysters on ice and Champagne under a canopy.
