This is the must-visit restaurant while you’re in the Turks and Caicos. Make a reservation at Seven, which is located at the Seven Stars Resort & Spa, and arrive early so you can sit at the bar for a few cocktails. There’s room at the bar to dine as well, for a more casual atmosphere. Inside the dining room, service is spectacular. In general, the appetizers here are seafood focused (scallops, lobster, mahi mahi ceviche) while the entrees are a bit heavier (slow-roasted pork belly, rack of lamp, and beef tenderloin). Opt for the tasting menu, which is a great value at five courses for $89, and has a selection of the best dishes from the Italian-inspired menu.
