Anacaona, a luxury oceanside restaurant at the Grace Bay Club, is located under a circular open-air palapa (thatched roof), draped in white and adorned with a black chandelier. Candles and flickering Tiki torches surround this adults-only restaurant, whose name means "flower of gold." The island cocktails pair well with the seafood-heavy Caribbean fusion menu, and chef Martin Davies insists on the freshest locally caught fish. For dessert, try the chef's chocolate gourmandize, which is topped with edible gold leaf. A dress code and reservations are required.
