Originally a 16th-century monastery, the property was transformed into 69 guest rooms (16 at the more affordable Splendido Mare), three restaurants, and two bars. Guests can relax on the hotel's Chris-Craft Corsair 36 while enjoying champagne and canapés. Very spiritual.
