Integrity Spirits

This spirit producer dates to 2007 and is part of Southeast Portland’s Distillery Row. The green-fronted space with a criss-crossed dragon logo is only open to the public on Saturdays from noon until 5 p.m., or by appointment. Distiller Rich Phillips produces vodka, cucumber gin, tarragon vodka, and saffron vodka. Integrity was the third company in the United States to produce absinthe. They offer spirit tastings at a standing bar that adjoins the distillery and fits about 20 people. Between noon and 2 p.m. on Saturdays, they give distillery tours, making this an optimum time to visit.
