Broken Pieces

Kristine Cheeseman started fusing stained glass for a living in 1994, and currently sells completed pieces online and at the Portland Farmers Market, which operates on Saturdays and Sundays from early March to late December. She’s enamored with the outdoors, so colorful snails, destined for the garden, top soil-filled tin cans. Creatures such as chickens, cats, bugs, and dogs also recurring characters, and she frequently makes flower- and star-centric designs. Since this is the Pacific Northwest, rosy-hued salmon factor in to plates as well.
