Molino de Palacios
Enter the converted 19th century mill (molino is Spanish for mill) through a tunnel, and order from a menu of Castilian dishes cooked in a wood-burning oven. Wooden beams sit above a butter-toned dining room with exposed stone walls. Diners sit on basic wooden chairs, at tables draped in white clothes. Signature dishes include the roasted weaned lamb (which must be ordered ahead of time), but the menu could also include hare, chanterelle mushrooms, quail, and white asparagus. From the restaurant, there are views of the Duratón River and surrounding parklands.
