The Langham, located at the foot of the San Gabriel mountains, has 380 guest rooms on a 23-acre property dating back to 1865. Guest rooms have art-lined walls; more privacy is available by opting for one of eight cottages, which include the two-story Clara Vista with wrought iron chandeliers, exposed wood beams, and multiple bedrooms. The ample spa contains a fitness center and 13 treatment rooms for massages, facials, and applications of traditional Chinese medicine. The Royce restaurant serves a seasonal, contemporary menu. Downstairs and overlooking the pool, The Terrace serves three meals daily, as well as Sunday brunch.
