Centrally located on the Left Bank, the Seventh Arrondissement is one of Paris’s wealthiest and most stylish districts. Home to the French elite since the 17th century, the neighborhood is now filled with luxury homes, upscale galleries and antique shops, and several major tourist attractions. The most notable landmark is the Eiffel Tower, but the area also contains Les Invalides, Champ de Mars (Field of Mars), and a number of famous museums, including the Musée d'Orsay and Musée Rodin. Additionally, the district is home to the high-end Bon Marché department store and acclaimed restaurants such as L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon.
