Eggs & Co.

Map
11 Rue Bernard-Palissy, Paris, 75006, France

Located on a narrow lane off Rue du Dragon, this tiny, egg-centric café is housed in a centuries-old stone building, up a flight of creaky stairs. The loft-like space blends old wooden beams and floors with a whimsical contemporary design that includes a model hen coop, black and white furniture, and benches lined with black-and-red-patterned pillows. Farm-fresh eggs are cooked in a variety of ways—scrambled, fried, or en cocotte (in a ramekin with cream or butter)—and then customized with ingredients like bacon, truffles, caviar, and lavender. The menu also includes a popular eggs Benedict, fresh salads, and burgers.
