This Napa Valley winery produces Bordeaux-style varietals and hosts wine tastings in a bright, yellow-toned room as well as on its wide, wrap-around veranda. Founded in 1976, the property includes an elegant estate house (decorated with an impressive duck decoy collection), garden fountains, and a courtyard. The winery focuses its efforts on Merlot grapes, but also bottles varietals ranging from Cabernet Franc to Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Longer tours of the winery can include food pairings, a visit to the temperature-controlled wine library, a walk through the production area, or a trip to the vineyard.
