New York City
Reminiscent of the 1920’s and 1930’s, New York’s Employees Only is a small, Art Deco-inspired restaurant serving American Nouveau cuisine in the West Village. The dining area features several small tables and banquettes lined against the walls, and the focal point of the room is the restaurant’s curving bar. Menu selections include roasted half chicken with parsnip puree and rainbow chard, and seared salmon with artichokes and baby Yukon gold potatoes. The cocktail list includes classics like the pisco sour and original creations like the Waterloo, made with gin and muddled watermelon.
