New York City
This dimly lit Tribeca lounge offers Japanese-inspired cuisine, inventive cocktails, and live jazz music every Monday and Wednesday. Located down a flight of stairs, the sleek space is designed with hardwood floors, dark leather banquettes, and low candlelit tables. At the bar, the former bartenders of Angel’s Share use strainers, mortars, and a variety of ice cubes to create unexpected cocktails. A number of drinks bear music-inspired names, such as Autumn Leaves, a concoction of rum, cinnamon syrup, lime, and pineapple. The dining menu includes tapas, pastas, and entrées, such as roasted chicken with scallion ginger sauce.
