A multi-million dollar renovation has transformed this gorgeous hotel (formerly 60 Thompson) into Sixty Soho, the flagship of the new Sixty hotels brand. Envisioned as a blend of bohemian chic and modern jetsetter style, the property—which has been reimagined by the Pomeranc brothers and the London-based interior designer Tara Bernerd—exudes downtown luxury, with an art collection featuring pieces by Harland Miller. The 97 newly designed guest rooms have plush beds with caramel leather headboards, planked timber floors, blue mohair accents, marble bathrooms, and minibars stocked with snacks from Dean & Deluca. Ten of the suites also feature French balconies overlooking Soho, while the three Sixty suites have generously sized living rooms. Downstairs, the Sicilian-inspired restaurant Sessanta has quickly become a hotspot—but you don’t want to miss out on the rooftop bar A60, which has remained an exclusive, members-and-guests-only space with sweeping views of the city skyline.
