Using the same interior designer as English royal houses, the five-star Inn at Little Washingon occupies a white-frame structure in the Virgina Blue Ridge foothills. A popular venue for weddings, Claiborne House is a 3,200-square-foot cottage on the main grounds with the same English manor-style décor as the inn, including fresh flowers, canopy beds, and marble bathrooms. Also known as the Presidential Cottage, the accommodations include two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, media room, and library, as well as a two-story veranda and a private garden.
