Owned by Dutch celebrity chef Herman den Blijker, this two-level restaurant has a dining room upstairs and a cocktail bar downstairs. The main dining room is marked by cream and gold tones, classic Dutch tiles, and an open fire, while downstairs has black leather furniture and a mirrored ceiling. Although den Blijker is the owner and executive chef, the restaurant's main chef was chosen on one of den Blijker's reality shows. Dedicated to "slow food," the kitchen utilizes local ingredients and interesting techniques like Parmesan foam (in spaghettini with truffles and poached eggs).
