Villa Punta de Mita

Equidistant from Puerto Vallarta and Punta de Mita in Riviera Nayarit, this open-air villa was built in 2006 inside an upscale gated community. Almost any amenity—from tennis courts to private restaurant to gym and spa—is found within a five-minute radius. Of course, you’d first have to actually want to leave your five-bedroom, five-bathroom casa (which can be rented in full or as a two, three, or four-bedroom villa). The master suite offers sunset views from a private Jacuzzi, while a king bedroom below opens onto an infinity pool. Contemporary Mexican style abounds, with earthy tones and colorful accents.
