Olive & Sinclair
If you've spent any time in Nashville, you've probably seen Olive & Sinclair's Mexican Style Cinnamon Chili bars around town. You've likely had at least one local dessert made by the chocolatier. But no chocolate-lover's Nashville experience is complete without a visit to the site where the sugary magic happens. Open for three years, the Olive & Sinclair shop in East Nashville grants visitors first row access to seeing where the chocolate is made, as well as owner Scott Witherow's famed chocuterie, a chocolate "salami" roll that comes in different flavors like coffee and doughnuts. Just don't leave without purchasing a sampler platter of Witherow's other delectable treats, including the Bourbon Nib Brittle, Cherry Bombs, and Duck Fat Caramels.
