This modern French bistro, which opened in the fall of 2015 in the base of the Adelicia, combines bold artwork—black-and-white striped floors, salmon-hued booths, splashy paintings and wall murals—with traditional European ingredients whipped up to perfection in the kitchen. The ratatouille and olive oil-poached salmon Niçoise are real crowd-pleasers, though oyster lovers always gravitate toward the raw bar (tip: the Grand Seafood Platter is the way to go). On top of classic French cocktails and a healthy offering of beers, Le Sel has a well-curated wine list; it's also open for lunch on weekdays (except for Monday when it's closed) and brunch on weekends.
