website

Before artisan coffee shops occupied real estate on every corner in Nashville, Barista Parlor owned the market with its carefully crafted pour-over brews, Chemex drips, and idiosyncratic branding (think: anchors, race cars, rocket ships ). The original location in East Nashville is laid out in a spacious former auto repair shop, the garage doors of which open to reveal a large outdoor patio on nicer days, with the baristas hard at work in an open bar in the middle of the room. A small selection of biscuits, breakfast items, sandwiches, donuts, and pastries are always available. Barista now has two additional outposts in the Gulch and in Germantown, each concept adapted to the quirky, renovated space it inhabits.
