Located at Oxbow Public Market, this Three Twins branch is part of a small regional chain and national wholesaler established by owner Neil Gottlieb, who named the company for his twin brother Carl and his wife Liz (also a twin). At the market shop, the bright green walls are appropriate considering Neil’s commitment to organic products—milk is sourced from dairies less than 17 miles from the factory, and waffle cones are made to order with natural ingredients.
