Modeled after a traditional arepera, or 24/7 food joint, Pica Pica features an entirely wheat- and gluten-free menu comprised of various corn dishes. Options include arepas (grilled white corn flour cakes), cachapas (sweet yellow corn pancakes), and maize-wiches (sweet corn bread), all filled with a variety of meats and served with yuca fries.
