Milliken Creek Inn

Ideal for couples, this adults-only inn originated as a 19th-century stagecoach stop on the east bank of the Napa River. Subtly designed with touches of British colonial India, many of the 12 suites include Buddhist sculptures and sheer white bed canopies, as well as black-and-white vineyard photos, a working fireplace, and an oversize soaking tub with green tea bath salts. Breakfast is served anywhere guests desire, and the spa provides massages in a seasonal riverside cabana. Every evening, the inn hosts a complimentary wine tasting while the turndown service personnel light votive candles and distribute rose petals throughout each guestroom.
