Musha Cay Resort
Musha Cay is a private resort on the otherwise uninhabited Islands of Copperfield Bay, owned by famed illusionist David Copperfield. Surrounded by tropical jungle, the 150-acre property is rented to one party at a time and accommodates up to 24 visitors. Each of the five guesthouses has its own private beach, as well as four-poster beds, wraparound decks, and imported antiques. The resort is run by a staff of 30 employees, who serve customized meals in an oceanfront pavilion or directly on the beach. Activities range from outdoor movies to water sports and excursions to a village of friendly monkeys.

For the most romantic stay, request the thatched-roof Beach House, which includes an open-air living room and bathroom, as well as the most secluded beach.
Insider Tip:
Spend an afternoon fishing the surrounding waters, which are teeming with tuna, grouper, and mahi mahi; the staff will cook whatever you catch for dinner.
