Inspired by the risqué glamour of Berlin-born photographer Helmut Newton—his mural-size black-and-white nudes adorn the entire back wall—this swanky lounge across from the Gendarmenmarkt is a sultry spot for a rendezvous. A well-heeled crowd converges here to sip martinis along the crescent-shaped bar, sink into the deep leather chairs, sample from the impressive whiskey selection, or retire for a smoke to the upstairs cigar bar.
