Corner Berlin

40 Franzoesische Strasse
Berlin, 10117, Germany
TEL: 49 30 2067-0950

Facing the lovely Gendarmenmarkt square, this vast, pillared space created by Berlin architects Pierre Jorge Gonzalez and Judith Haase is Berlin’s answer to Paris’ Colette. Curated collections of men’s and women’s clothing by Marc Jacobs, Karl Lagerfeld, John Galliano, and more hang from angular dividing elements on three levels; the store also offers Loubutin shoes, Balenciaga bags, high-tech trinkets like iPod speaker sets, unusual body-care lines, music mixes, art books, mid-century furniture…there’s even a fully stocked bar along the back wall.
