The Hotel Ivy’s upscale restaurant boasts exposed ductwork, dark wood furniture and curved booths accented with bright orange fabric. Using fresh, local ingredients, executive chef Sarah Master has crafted a brief, but innovative selection of dishes, including Iowa lamb chop with mint-sorel pesto and corned bison brisket with grit cakes. Lunch offerings are more casual, such as the bison grinder and lamb burger.
