Located downtown in the Graves 601 hotel, the restaurant is known for its New American fare and award-winning wine list. In the trendy lounge adorned with a backlit bar wall, visitors begin their Cosmos experience with handcrafted cocktails like the Brazilian Rose, made with Leblon Cachaça, guava purée, and Cointreau. Patrons then settle into plush round-back chairs in the dining room, where glass-encased lanterns and neon blue accent lights illuminate huge striped wood columns.
