10 Corso Como, Milan, 20154, Italy

For 20 years, Carla Sozzani’s unique mini mall 10 Corso Como has hosted multiple shops unified by a single zeitgeist and interior design reminiscent of a fairy garden. In the greenery-laden courtyard, 3Rooms hotels applies the concept to three Warholesque luxury apartments stocked with goodies from the 20th century’s leading designers like Arne Jacobsen armchairs, Verner Panton rugs, and Fontana lamps. Each occupies an entire floor and contains a separate lounge area, walk-in closets, and an abnormally large bathroom. More like an apartment, standard hotel services are limited, but the entire complex includes several restaurants and cafes.
