Created by James Beard Award-winning chef Gabriel Kreuther, the menu includes Alsatian-influenced small plates, large plates, and sharable “bites.” Inventive cocktails and more than 900 wine selections complement such popular dishes as the roasted Long Island duck breast with peppercorn-crusted apples and pistachio-truffle dipping sauce.
