From Mandy Oser, of Le Bernardin, comes this trendy wine and food bar serving mineral-driven wines and a menu of innovative small plates. The candle-lit interior of the Hell’s Kitchen establishment blends modern and rustic with wooden stools, a marble bar, and a chalkboard with hand-written daily specials. Ardesia’s ever-growing wine list juxtaposes old and new world wines with about 80 different choices and more than 30 available by the glass. Selected local (including Righteous Rye from Brooklyn's Six Point Brewery) and international beers are available as well, and the food menu includes duck banh mi, quail egg toast, and house-made charcuterie.
