Aureole, New York

Aureole is an upscale New York Theater District restaurant in the Bank of America Tower. It's the flagship for restaurant entrepreneur Charlie Palmer, who supports the farm-to-table food movement and specializes in Progressive American cuisine. Aureole received one Michelin star for 2010 and 2012. Executive chef Marcus Gleadow-Ware produces dishes including first course wagyu beef carpaccio with shiitake mushrooms, scallions, taro root, ponzu and lavash, and main course glazed pork chop with Chinese broccoli, sweet potato, and Concord grapes.
