For nearly 50 years, Stone Age Antiques has been offering shoppers an array of things they don't need but desperately want. The 10,000-square-foot warehouse has become popular with filmmakers looking to fill their sets with one-of-a-kind knickknacks. Nautical-themed trinkets are in large supply here, possibly because of the store's location on the Miami River. Spend just a few minutes browsing and you're as likely to come across an authentic African mask as you are a piece of driftwood. To call the store "eclectic" would be an understatement.
