Located in South Beach's SoFi neighborhood, Red Ginger makes use of local ingredients to craft an Southeast Asian-influenced menu, with a large menu of omakase, sushi, and robata dishes. Daily "SoFi Hour" boasts affordable small plates and drinks, including shishito peppers with with szechuan sauce and bonito flakes and a Pokemon-inspired Bulbasaur cocktail with white rum, curacao, house-made falernum, lime, and Japanese soda.
